I'm not a wellness guru.
I'm a mom, and a dockhand.

By day I work at a yacht club — tying lines, greeting guests, hauling dock lines in a red polo with the American flag at my back. It's physical, real work, and I love every bit of it. By night, I come home and build BloomAfter from the couch.

I didn't start this because I had all the answers. I started it because one quiet morning, after years of giving everything to my kids, I realized I couldn't remember the last thing I'd done just for me. I went looking for a community that spoke to women like me — not influencers, not life coaches — real moms. Tired moms. Moms who poured themselves out and are quietly wondering what comes next.

I couldn't find it. So I built it. These are my real photos, this is my real life, and every single word of this is from lived experience — not a marketing brief.
